Osteopathy

Osteopathy

Osteopathy focuses on total body health by treating and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework, which underpins the human skeleton. Its aim is to positively affect the body’s nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems.

Osteopaths use a broad range of gentle hands-on techniques including soft tissue stretching, deep tactile pressure, and mobilization or manipulation of joints

Our osteopath David is also trained in frequency specific microcurrent (FSM) which is an innovative and non-invasive way of treating many physical conditions, especially nerve and back related issues, as well as those referred from the organs.

I have used the SISM clinic for treatment and rehabilitation of various sports injuries over the last 5 years. I have always found Martin and the rest of the team to be very professional, knowledgeable and generous with their time. In addition I have used the Running Team to improve my running technique, this has been very beneficial as it also helps to prevent injuries. I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I received at the SISM clinic, the knowledge and expertise of the team and the supportive environment really aids recovery and encourages overall improvement.
